How do I track a shipment?
Open Track shipment and enter the tracking number supplied by the sender or administrator. Tracking reflects events entered into the system.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Updates depend on scan events and administrator entries. If no event appears, contact support with your tracking number.
How are shipping estimates calculated?
The calculator uses administrator-configured item categories, weight bands, base prices, and per-kilogram charges. Final prices may vary.
Do you deliver internationally?
Service depends on destination, local laws, customs, and route availability. Confirm the route before sending restricted or regulated goods.
Can I change the delivery address?
Contact support as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch and may incur additional charges.
How do I get SMS updates?
SMS requires a valid phone number and administrator-configured Twilio credentials. Carrier charges may apply.
